John says, "I was inspired to play old-time music by hearing the Druckenmillers."  Actually, John helped hold down the popup tent during a very windy performance a few years ago, then set out to learn to play because he fell in love with the banjo. John enjoys playing for family and at fairs and festivals and looks forward to sharing this joy with others.
