From The North West

(Pottsville is north west of us)

  • From Route I-78/22 East, head toward route PA-222 on PA-61 South & 73 East

  • Cross PA-222 and follow Pa-73 East 1.3 miles into Blandon, across railroad tracks, to Grove Road

  • Turn Left on Grove Road and go 0.2 miles to Maiers Grove (on the left) 

 

 

 

From the North East

(Allentown is north east of us)

  • From Route I-78/22 West, head toward route PA-222 on PA-100 South, PA-863 South or PA-737 South

  • At PA-222 Head South toward Reading (past Kutztown and Route 662)

  • Turn left onto PA-73 East

  • Follow Pa-73 East 1.3 miles into Blandon, across railroad tracks

  • Turn Left on Grove Road and go 0.2 miles to Maiers Grove (on the left) 

 

 

 

From the West

(Reading is west of us)

  • Take PA-222 North toward allentown to Pa-73 

  • Turn right onto PA-73 East

  • Follow PA-73 East about 1.3 miles into Blandon, across railroad tracks, to Grove Road

  • Turn Left on Grove Road and go 0.2 miles to Maiers Grove (on the left)

We rent this lovely festival space.  Please direct inquiries about renting the grove to its owner,  the Blandon Lions Club.

 

THE GROVE HAS NO POST BOX, THEREFORE, NO STREET ADDRESS

Please use Google Maps (above), a the GPS coordinates above or the turn-by-turn directions we provide here to get to us.  We also post directional signs on the day of the festival to guide you in.

From the East

(Kutztown is east of us)

  • Take PA-222 South toward Reading to Pa-73 

  • Turn left on PA-73 East

  • Follow PA-73 East 1.3 miles into Blandon, across railroad tracks

  • Turn Left on Grove Road and Go 0.2 miles to   Maiers Grove (on the left)

From the South

(Pottstown is south of us)

  • Take Pa-73 West 2.1 Miles beyond Route 12 to Grove Road in Blandon

  • Turn Right on Grove Road and go 0.2 miles to Maiers Grove (on the left)

Please leave pets at home (service dogs welcome).

Watch for signs with banjo playing rabbits and fiddling cats for turns as you get near the festival grounds.

Once you get to the grove, follow the signs to the parking area and come to the entry gate to register.

You will receive a festival program that includes the schedule of the workshops and concerts for the day, along with a map of the festival grounds (like the one shown to the right).

A - is the stage (used for sessions & the evening concert)

B - is the food court (half is used for sessions)

C - is a pavilion behind the food court (used for sessions)

D - is a pavilion next to the entry gate (used for sessions)

E - is Meadowood Music's booth

F - is the Restroom Building (Yay for flush toilets at a festival!)

G - is a tent (used for daytime mini-concerts)

H - is a tent (used for the pottery session: pot throwing)
