Stan has been playing banjo with great enthusiasm for some years now. It's a short time compared to his lifelong interest in theatre and the arts. Stan has previously taught Banjo from Scratch at Maidencreek (and he may do some random juggling, but no chainsaws.)

 

Because he's acquired remarkable proficiency in a short time, he is an accomplished player who was an absolute beginner not long ago.  With that vivid recall of the things that intimidated him, he can offer particularly relevant insight and encouragement to students as they begin their banjo journeys.
