Ready to venture beyond first position? In this workshop, we'll learn a selection of fiddle tunes that include shifts into third position, helping players become more comfortable navigating the upper reaches of the fingerboard.
We'll break down each shift, discuss strategies for playing confidently and in tune, and probably make some sounds that sound like a cat in distress!
